Varsity has released the 2017 Updated Summit Rules which includes the following changes:  1. The Summit will no longer pass down bids from teams who decline bids or teams that are upgraded to Paid Bids.  2. Any Wild Card bid giving event that moves their event outside of the Wild Card bid giving months, October- March, will lose their Wild Card bids.
